Terms

Once a domain has reached TotalStasis it is deemed to be owned by TotalStasis. Domains in TotalStasis have lapsed and, if not recovered within 28 days, may be enabled as available for purchase to the general public.

Domains can be recovered subject to these conditions: all outstanding accounts related to the chosen domain must be paid in full to the relevant service provider; the recoverer must contact their service provider directly for any reinstated services; and an admin fee of GBP 195.00 may be required before account unlocking begins.

Domains can also be purchased. All potential buyers accept that discussion or negotiation gives them no right to the domain. TotalStasis may cease negotiation at any time. The buyer has no rights to the domain until all agreed funds and expenses have cleared to the vendor account.

Once full cleared payment has been received in GBP, TotalStasis will begin unlocking and transferring the domain as soon as practically possible. If all transfer details are correct, this can often be completed within two working days after funds clear. Terms may change without notice.
